Pine Avenue – Fawdon

Previously a brownfield site located in Fawden. Two detached four bedroom dormer bungalows – alongside a detached shared garage and parking just within the entrance of the site. Designed and constructed by ourselves, the bungalows have been fully fitted with underfloor heating throughout complimented with a fitted kitchen and open plan living and dining area. Completed January 2018.
