Existing Rugby Club converted to 5 Townhouses
In the summer of 2014, we were appointed for design and management of this project. The existing building was old Seaham Rugby Club. Although, the Interior and exterior of the building was abundant for years, the building had big potential for development.
We designed the entire building for 5 townhouse, 3 three storey 4 bedroom, and two storey three bedroom. The interior has benefited from contemporary design, giving velux balcony windows in roof space for the ones with pitched roof whilst the old facade of the building was given a bit of TLC to keep with the brand new interior.
All the conversions were successfully completed, and certified with compliment with latest regulations.
